Testimonial: No More Boring Dinner!
Dear Friends,
One of the most difficult things for all of us is dinner time. What
to make, do we have what we need, those mad dashes to the grocery
store after work or after school that blow our budgets or even worse
the fast food drive thru that is expensive, unhealthy and not very
satisfying other than to fill the basic need of hunger.
It is hard to build a habit of menu planning but there are tools to
help you.

Here is a testimonial from someone that uses Leanne's valuable tools:
My husband and I have been planning menus once a week for years, to
save money and time, but they were often boring, or tasteless, or
fattening, and we always quarreled about who wanted to eat what when.
After our daughter's birth, we increasingly fell into the habit of
"winging it" at the grocery store, only to find that the meat for that
night's dinner was still frozen or that there were no ingredients for
a side dish.
We have just finished Week 3 of Summer from Saving Dinner, and we are
vastly impressed! The meals are healthy enough to satisfy me, yet
tasty enough to satisfy my husband--a tall order if there ever was
one! Plus, they're easy enough for either of us to make while the
other one tends to our child, and the grocery lists are fantastic.
Since there are three of us, we just halve all the recipes. We have
indeed saved dinner! I imagine our little one will grow up with
memories of sitting down to a home-cooked meal every night instead of
TV dinners or Taco Bell, and all without her parents getting worn out
and frazzled from planning, shopping and cooking! DINNER IS SAVED!!
